Filmstormers hosts a regular script writing contest. Three scripts go up against each other in the contest on our Facebook Page.

The fans choose the winners and we create the winning script. Below are the winners of the contest and the resulting videos.

Michelle Goode – Triple Standards (in post-production)

“As a script reader/editor as well as a script/prose writer I like to think I can offer a diverse approach to my work. An emotional drama made me a finalist for the Sir Peter Ustinov award, but funnily enough it is with comedy that I’ve had most success with Mr Vista episodes and a comedy sketch under my belt. “Triple Standards” was written as a challenge with limiting factors, but ended up being quite witty. I hope its ironic tone comes across well.”

Malek Pacha – A Hitch In The Road

Malek Pacha, is a writer from Toronto, Ontario. Currently he attends the Screenwriting Program at the Toronto Film School and hopes one day to obtain a staff job working in the television industry (Canadian/American….Lithuanian. He’s not picky). He has an avid interest in video games, science fiction & fantasy novels, and pretty much any other form of escapism. And Television…he really loves television. So much in fact, that he’s been spotted carrying a picture of it wherever he goes.

Connor Davey - Sinfulness

Connor Davey is a 19 year old student studying ‘Media, Writing & Production’ in the UK. An aspiring writer, Connor has a passion for both Film & TV. His taste and therefore his writing tends to be focused on three areas: Crime, Science Fiction and Surrealism. His writing has been said to conjure “nightmarish and noir-like imagery” whilst being compared to that of a “graphic novel” by a screenwriting lecturer.
